Welcome. I’m Fernando Cidoncha, a Spanish painter and sculptor living and working in Florence.

I have never understood art as a fixed style or a finished answer. For me, it is a way of exploring the world around me and the changes taking place within me. Through painting, drawing and sculpture, I look for the sacredness present in ordinary reality—in bodies, nature, relationships and moments of connection. My work is inevitably personal: an attempt to give form to something of my inner life and to my belief that love is a force through which we connect, grow and become more fully ourselves.​
